We exclusively use off-site, modular construction, which offers clients an opportunity to efficiently build a custom prefab home easily, in less time, and of superior quality.

Each of our stick-built offsite™ homes is built in a factory setting utilizing modular construction precision. We offer our customers an extremely efficient, eco-friendly, environmentally sustainable way to build their dream homes.

We design and build homes daily for clients who have never built a home. Our process is organized, easy and satisfying whether this is your first new home or one of many. At Connecticut Valley Homes, we provide you with the blueprints, and then all selections are conveniently made in our newly remodeled Design Center. Next, plans are engineered, permits are in place, and our construction agreement is approved before your home is built with the precision and dependability of modular construction.
