From there, CorpEasy takes complete ownership: sourcing the right property, negotiating the lease, designing and fitting out the workspace, and managing the facility on an ongoing basis once the team moves in. One point of contact. One monthly cost. A workspace ready from Day 1.
**Full-Scope Service**
CorpEasy handles every stage — property sourcing, lease negotiation, complete fit-out including furniture, IT, and interiors, and ongoing facility management covering maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor coordination. Everything that would otherwise require multiple contractors and weeks of internal management is consolidated under a single contract.

CorpEasy currently serves businesses across Mumbai's key commercial corridors — BKC, Lower Parel, Goregaon East, and Andheri East — with expansion underway to Powai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Worli, and Chandivali.
