BACKGROUND
Creative Tiles and Laminates was established in July 2003 by Neil Bateman and Peter Aston to build upon Neil’s many years of experience in the flooring industry. To add to the fitting service it provided, a retail showroom was officially opened in Walsall in August 2003, subsequently enlarged in June 2004 and again in February 2007.  In January 2012, an additional 1000 sq ft showroom area was dedicated to a new and exciting range of carpets and cushioned vinyl flooring.

Creative Tiles and Laminates buys directly from the manufacturer in order to offer the best prices on a range of products including ceramic and porcelain wall and floor tiles, granite, natural stone, underfloor heating systems and insulation boards. It is an authorised stockist of Ultra and Bostik adhesives and grouts, Varme underfloor heating systems and Quick-Step laminate flooring.

It remains a privately owned company committed to providing the best possible service for its customers, trade customers and contractors. The company’s mission is to ensure quality, value for money and exceptional customer service.

FITTING SERVICE
To supplement its retail arm, a fitting service (West Midlands region only) that is carried out by in-house fitters and covered by a full guarantee is available for both domestic and business contracts.

THE TILE ASSOCIATION
As a member of the Tile Association, Creative Tiles and Laminates has met stringent financial and technical requirements before being accepted for membership, so customers can be confident that they are dealing with skilled professionals.

CONSERVATORY COMPANIES
With many years experience of fitting floors, Creative Tiles and Laminates is the company chosen by a number of established conservatory companies around the West Midlands region to carry out the tiling, laminate flooring and underfloor heating on their behalf.

TRADE CUSTOMERS
As a business, it also offers the benefits of a trade card for tilers, plumbers or other tradesmen.
