Comprised of a network of member churches, Crossroads Career Network helps people in our congregations and communities find jobs, careers, calling. We help in two ways:

At the heart of our ministry is the 2009 Career Guide, featuring a 6-step process of career exploration and job search techniques. Our 80-page in-depth, career guide helps job seekers and career explorers hear and follow God's calling. We developed an additional set of resources, programs and materials for:

Mission and Vision
The mission of our network is to help people at crossroads in their careers by providing counsel, contacts and encouragement. This, in turn, equips and supports them to hear and follow God's calling as they explore careers and look to find a job. Our vision is to grow our network to hundreds of churches across the country with thousands volunteers. Each church will be focused on making a positive difference in seekers's lives as they are maximizing their potential vocationally, financially and spiritually. Our values can be best summarized as:
