CultivateCare is a recruiting and consulting firm dedicated to making mental health an expected part of healthcare and organizational systems. Our mission is to bridge the gap between medical treatment and emotional support by embedding licensed professionals directly into care teams and workplaces.

Doctors do an excellent job focusing on the medical side, but patients often leave appointments without the support to manage anxiety, depression, PTSD, or lifestyle changes that come with a diagnosis. That’s where CultivateCare comes in. We recruit and place licensed therapists, social workers, and mental health specialists into medical and organizational settings so care teams are complete and patients receive the full support they need.
