Don Facciobene, Inc. (DFI) is a state certified General Contractor with in house Design/Build, Architectural & Project Management services.  Don Facciobene, Owner and President, is a University of Florida graduate.  Don’s construction career began working for several local well known companies until he established DFI in 1987.  For the past 24 years Don has been a driving force in the construction industry.  He owns over $3,000,000.00 worth of construction equipment.  He has built his company based on honesty, integrity and most importantly, customer relations.  His love & knowledge for the industry is evident in his finished product.   As a design build team, DFI's goal is to provide service to our valued clients by designing and building quality projects, on time delivery and within our budget numbers.  Our team’s knowledge and experience far exceeds our competitors in the Brevard County area.   DFI has an outstanding safety record.  Most construction companies with intensive field personnel usually have high workman compensation experience modification, NOT DFI.  DFI is proud to announce that we have a .82 experience modification factor.  This is a huge accomplishment, very few labor intensive contractors have experience modification rate less then 1.0.   This is due to constant vigilance for safety.  DFI’s Safety Policy is not just merely a policy.  It is a culture and a way of life within our company.  We are TEAM FACCIOBENE.
