Dr. Robyn Odegaard is a nationally known speaker and consultant who is passionate about meeting people where they are and helping them advance to where they want to be.  She is the owner of the New Jersey based speaking/consulting company Champion Performance Development where she combines executive coaching, organizational development and sport psychology to make a positive difference for her clients.  She has shown that the leadership, teamwork, effective communication and productive conflict skills that facilitate success for her business clients are also beneficial to students, coaches, parents, teachers and administrators.  Doc Robyn founded the Stop The Drama! Campaign to help high school and college students understand why gossip, backstabbing and catty behavior are so common and what they can do to make it stop so everyone has the opportunity to achieve great things from their potential.  She authored the book 'Stop The Drama! The Ultimate Guide to Female Teams' to pursue her dream of benefiting as many people as she can touch.  She lives by the motto, “Worst case, I want to be a neutral to everyone I meet; but my goal is to make a positive difference.”
