About |
Phoenix Advocacy Network (PAN) is a survivor-led media and advocacy platform founded in 2025 to amplify the voices of workers and survivors facing retaliation, discrimination, and systemic injustice. PAN provides the outlet that traditional media often denies, highlighting patterns of abuse and demanding accountability across sectors.
Through blogs, video reporting, and community contributions, PAN covers:
• Disability Rights: ensuring equal access, accommodations, and enforcement of civil rights protections.
• Workers’ Rights: exposing workplace retaliation, discrimination, and silencing of whistleblowers.
• Corporate Accountability: examining how large organizations and systems prioritize profit and power over people.
• Systemic Failures: spotlighting the gaps where regulators fail to intervene or enforce protections.
• Media Gaps: offering survivor stories and systemic analysis often ignored by traditional outlets.
PAN transforms lived experience into public advocacy, connecting personal testimony with systemic patterns. By building a collective record, PAN helps survivors move from isolation to solidarity, and from pain to power.
The platform is guided by the belief that disability rights are civil rights, and that workers and survivors deserve an outlet where their voices matter.
