About

Dream2Career promotes career-focused academic programs and collaborates with government, educators, and businesses to decrease the skills gap in the future workforce.

Dream2Career exists as an intermediary to inform the K-12 system including parents about emerging job markets and we give students the opportunity to experience industries for which they may have never been exposed.

Employers report a higher level of productivity, higher retention rates and faster time to productivity from workers with on-the-job experience. Therefore, to adequately prepare students for the workforce, access to employers during the learning process is necessary.
