Lynda Booth’s Dublin Cookery School is the top venue for great cookery courses teaching modern Irish and International cooking in a cutting edge location with the emphasis on fun while learning.

The school is in Blackrock, Co Dublin, a ten minute stroll from the DART. It is located in a stunning modern premises. The high ceilings with exposed steel trusses, great light, cool white colour scheme and gleaming work tops make this the only place in town to learn to cook. There is nowhere to approach it in the city. The school has the best guest chefs and in house tutors than anywhere else in the country. It has courses for everyone and is the home of the only 12 week cookery course in Dublin.
Lynda Booth, owner of the school is herself a hugely experienced chef having worked in many great restaurants abroad including Raymond Blanc’s Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons.
