CentriFlow: Solids Mass Flow Meter

The CentriFlow Meter has been a proven leader in solids mass flow measurement for over 2 decades.  Perfect for nearly and industry where accurate and dependable flow measurement is required, the CentriFlow Meter comes in a variety of configurations to accommodate nearly every application.  The CentriFlow Meter comes in a variety of models, perfect for powders, for large bulky products such as snack chips or tobacco leaves, for dense products such as minerals and ore or even for light materials with bulk densities of under 5 lb/ft3.  No matter the application, there is a CentriFlow Meter designed with your process in mind.

CentriFeeder: Solids Feeders

The CentriFeeder line of feeders incorporates the accurate measurement technology of the CentriFlow Meter with an integral feed device such as a slide gate or vibratory conveyor, which allows for extremely accurate measurement and control of nearly any flowable solid.  

AIR FLOW MEASUREMENT

VAP: Insertion Pitot

The VAP Insertion Pitot comes in a variety of models, each of which was designed to accurately measure the flow of air or gas within nearly any process or power ductwork.  Whether measuring clean air or particulate-laden air, the VAP Pitot delivers an extremely accurate Differential Pressure output that can be incorporated into a mass flow calculation.  The VAP Pitot is typically mounted via ports that are welded to the exterior of an existing duct.

DSV: Flanged Duct Section

The DSV is a flanged duct section which includes an array of VAP insertion pitots for accurate flow measurement.  The DSV also incorporates an integral set of flow straightening vanes which eliminate cyclonic flow.  The DSV makes installation extremely simple and can be installed in both round and rectangular duct work.

HBP: High Beta Flow Conditioner

The High Beta Flow Conditioner incorporates both a converging/nozzled duct section for flow profiling, as well as an integral flow straightener in order to
eliminate cyclonic flow at the point of measurement.  The air, once straightened, passes through the element to the integral pitot array which accurately measures
the flow of air in any circular duct in a fraction of the space that alternative technologies require. With the High Beta® Flow Conditioner, you can accurately measure flow with virtually no upstream or downstream straight duct runs.
