About

Delhi University’s school of open learning (SOL) has started its admission process on Friday, June 1, 2012. To benefit the students, SOL now has the facility of online admission for numerous undergraduate courses.
Besides providing physical forms, which are available at enquiry centre of SOL at Rs. 50, SOL’s initiation of online admission forms will ease the rush and also save both time as well as money of candidates.
Students can now easily download and submit application forms on SOL official website (sol.du.ac.in). The process is made completely automated; hence, students are not even required to submit documents for the online admission process. All they need to do is to provide with their CRSE board exam or NIOS (National Institute of Open School) roll numbers and their details will be entered automatically. However, students will only have to upload their recent photograph, signature and other relevant details for online admission process.
Online form filling facility will also be given to second and third year students for filling examination forms.
SOL’s plan to make available study material to students on the SOL email address is also in pipeline. If approved, this facility can enormously assist students even from distant areas, while limiting the rush at SOL counters.
The last date for the submission of application is July 31, 2012. Application can also be submitted on September 14, 2012 with the late fee of Rs. 200 rupees.  Students can apply for various undergraduate and postgraduate programs such as B.A, B. com. B. com, M.A. M.Com to mention a few.
