Elite Estate Services evaluates each Estate individually to create a customized plan for our client. Our services range from consultations, organizing and sorting of assets and full estate sales. The services we offer include:

- Customizing a plan to meet your needs within your schedule
- Advertising online, in local newspapers and via e-mail
- Listing your sale on our estate sale web site, including photos and detailed descriptions
- Notifying more than 2,000 clientèle via our private e-mail list
- Alerting specialists among our clientèle base regarding specific items of interest
- Staging your home beautifully (including pricing and presentation of items) for sale
- Capturing drive-by traffic and buyers with strategically-placed local signs
- Conducting the sale with a team of experienced sales experts
- Broom sweeping your home after the sale (including garbage removal)
- Donating unsold items to charitable organizations
One man's trash is another man's treasure We recommend that clients collect all personal belongings and treasured family heirlooms before we set up, however, please do not discard anything! Over the years, we've retrieved valuables worth thousands of dollars from garbage bins. Let us determine what will sell from your discards. Additional services can be added when necessary:
- Cleaning out garbage prior to the sale (dumpsters can be placed on site for large jobs)
- Promoting your property with realtor brochures (if it's on the market) during your sale
- Working with your attorney, realtor or executor
Partial and consultation services may include:
- Cleaning your home, donating items to charity and garbage removal
- Consulting with you on site for an estate sale conducted by your family
- Setting up your home for an estate sale to be conducted by your family
Our clients pay no up-front fees or charges. We assume the risks associated with the sale (due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances). We cover most expenses of the estate sale from beginning to end as part of the commission charged.
