About

Since 2014 Emergency iSystems LLC has packed a lot into it’s short period of existence. During year 1 the company developed and patented a groundbreaking emergency application – the “iSystem”. The iSystem bridges the multiple communication and information gaps that exist between emergency victims, 911 operators, EMS providers and loved ones.

Company Culture

It’s the founder and current CEO Grant Webb that has created and centered our culture around saving lives. With employees from all over and with various backgrounds, we reflect the effort needed to truly make a substantial impact on the lives of man kind. Our pursuit to save lives and improve upon the quality of life spawns from a unique but unfortunate sequence of events that occurred in the lives of the founding family. The result is our unyielding attempts to improve upon the quality of life and to ensure our users have a premeditated plan of action for handling unexpected emergencies.

We strive to promote an open culture where everyone one has an opportunity to be heard and everyones opinions are respected. In our company gatherings employees ask questions to executive leadership about any number of topics to help ensure open lines of communication. Our multitude of various employees, offices and communication rhythms encourage conversation and synergy among employees.

What We Do for Families:

Life is hard enough, so we work to make life that much easier for families. In order to truly make a difference in the community and to reach as many homes as possible, we know that taking the “family first” approach would be necessary and refreshing at the same time.

So what does family first mean? It means we’ve engineered the iSystem to integrate each member of your family so that during emergencies, regardless of which family member is in need of help, the iSystem caters to everyone. Mom can activate the iSystem for herself, for any of her children and even for her husband. The same can be said about the husband as he can activate his own iSystem during an emergency or activate the iSystem for any of this children or for his wife. We’ve made safeguarding life for families that simple.

We’ve also made the iSystem affordable for families by making it free to children and students under 21 with promotional discounts offered daily. We may lose profits by not charging children, students, educators or military personnel however this is the cost of putting families first and we’re ok with it.

What We Do for the U.S. Population:

Currently, there is a substantial and very important information gap that exists within our country’s process of delivering emergency medical care to those involved in emergencies. Unfortunately, only those who become victims of emergencies encounter the problem however at that point, its too late to affect change. This has been an ongoing problem our country has faced since the creation of the national emergency service and is continually making headlines for problems that exist in our emergency response system.

When someone dials “911” from a mobile phone and an ambulance is dispatched, the ambulance teams almost always arrive without specific, helpful or even relevent information pertaining to the victims. Needless to say, this is a problem that effects virtually every single man, woman and child across the country. Our service product – the iSystem bridges this information gap between victim’s of emergencies, 911 operators and nearby EMS teams whom are responsible for administering emergency medical care. Ultimately, we work to safeguard the U.S. population.

How We Work with EMS Providers

We partner with state and local licensed emergency medical service (EMS) providers who offer ambulance services as part of their overall emergency service offerings. Our partnerships have an end goal of improving upon the quality of care administered by any given Paramedic or EMT during emergencies. We aim to achieve this by educating EMS teams on the victim’s medical characteristics and overall medical profile before the EMS team arrives to the location of the emergency. This education comes in the form of our iSystem.

Partnership with EMS providers is focused on those who offer ambulance services so that when user’s of the iSystem are involved in emergencies, there are local EMS providers who offer ambulance services in the area and can respond to a user’s emergency immediately. The difference between EMS providers who partner with us and EMS providers who do not partner with us is that our EMS partners enjoy the emergency luxury of arriving well aware of the victim’s medical characteristics and overall medical profile whereas those EMS providers who are not yet partners do not enjoy the same emergency luxury and do not arrive with the same knowledge of the victim.
