Endeavour Volunteer Consulting envisions a world where all non-profits have access to professional consulting services, regardless of their financial capacity. Based in Toronto, Endeavour is a Canadian charity that has been providing pro-bono management consulting to improve the organizational capacity and community impact of non-profits since 2007.

Endeavour matches teams of skilled volunteers with local and national non-profit organizations for six-month consulting engagements that build sustainability. Endeavour also works in partnership with corporations in Canada to offer employer-supported pro bono and skills-based volunteering programs that contribute to employee engagement, professional and leadership development, recruitment, talent retention, and corporate responsibility initiatives.
