The Energy Lab is a Fitness Studio specializing in personal and group training. Offering one-on-one coaching sessions, small group coaching sessions, cycling, pilates, TRX Suspension Trainer, sports performance, balance and active aging, MELT Method, kickbox cardio, yoga, bootcamps and more. The Energy Lab is a lifestyle, not a gym; we focus on health from the inside out, balanced nutrition and recovery, along with heart rate training, PMA (positive mental attitude) and a supportive community.
