Eric has over 20 years of Hospitality experience working with different brands from Hilton, Radisson, Holiday Inn, and many Independent Hotels and restaurants. He specifically has focused on streamlining operations to produce financially successful hotel and restaurant operations within the hotel-sector of business. Eric fully understands the importance of “PROFIT” within a food service industry and has personal experience with an “Owner” mentality, owning two restaurants a planning and design company and a full-service catering company.   

With more than 20 years in the industry, Eric’s background spans from small independently owned boutique restaurants to large franchise restaurants producing over 10 million in annual revenues.  

Eric has held the following positions in the Hospitality industry including General Manager, Operations Manager, Kitchen Director, Banquet Manager, Food and Beverage Manager and Bar Manager. 

Eric has been recognized throughout his career for food quality excellence, presentation, and his creativity in pairing wine with specialty dishes.

Eric’s commitment and desire to provide the ultimate customer experience is marked through his training and skills, giving each property he touches a competitive edge within each market.   He has been a featured speaker at numerous seminars and has conducted transformational leadership seminars (Lifestyle, Leadership & Love). He also teaches businesses and organizations the true value of delivering exceptional service, internally and externally.

Eric Lives in Northern California and has two wonderful young sons Noah and Ethan.
