About

I am an organizational psychologist passionate about inclusion and respect in both my personal and professional life. As a founder of Leading with Difference, I serve as an outsourced Human Resources, strategy, and transformation executive and advisor to commercial and nonprofit organizations. I believe that a thriving organizational culture drives everything, including effective business strategies, operational excellence, and financial success.

With a research-driven approach, I partner with leaders across various industries to create healthy organizations with loyal and satisfied customers and engaged employees. Employees who feel valued are more connected to their organizations, and organizations with connected employees do better financially, are more productive, and even have happier customers. It’s a win-win for everyone.

My book, “Aaron the Different: A Story of Courage, Belonging and Acceptance,” is an uplifting story of tolerance, belonging, hope, and being unique. It’s a catalyst for important discussions with children and adults about respect, kindness, and acceptance and can be used to spark thoughtful Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging conversations in organizations.
