Evolution Jiu Jitsu is a martial arts and fitness academy that specializes in submission grappling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and fitness. Evolution Jiu Jitsu was founded in 2012 under Rafael "Formiga" Barbosa purple belt, Instructor Mike Palladino. After six years of training and teaching Mike felt it was time to began his own academy and team. Evolution Jiu Jitsu is located at 1545 Route 52 in Fishkill, NY. There are classes 7 times a week. Classes are held in both the traditional uniform referred to as a "kimono" or a "gi" as well as in "no gi" attire which is shorts and a t-shirt.
