Institute for Exoconsciousness (IEXO)
Advancing Conscious Human Engagement with Non-Human Intelligences

The Institute for Exoconsciousness (IEXO) is a pioneering post-disclosure organization dedicated to supporting and legitimizing conscious, peaceful co-creation between naturally evolved humans and interdimensional, extraterrestrial, or off-planet intelligences. Founded by Dr. Rebecca Hardcastle Wright, IEXO serves as a hub for education, research, advocacy, and public engagement in the emerging fields of exoconsciousness, contact studies, and interspecies diplomacy.

At its core, IEXO affirms that human consciousness is a natural technology capable of direct communication with non-human intelligences (NHIs), including extraterrestrial and interdimensional beings. The Institute provides resources and platforms for Contactees and Experiencers—individuals who have had verified interactions with NHIs—to share their insights, contribute to planetary policy, and help shape a peaceful and ethical framework for humanity’s interstellar future.

IEXO operates under the belief that humanity’s next evolutionary step is not only technological or biological, but conscious. This includes the development of telepathic, empathic, and multidimensional capabilities that allow for deeper awareness, enhanced communication, and expanded states of being. These capacities are essential to preparing for and participating in diplomatic relationships with non-human species and civilizations.

A key initiative of the Institute is the Planetary Constitution, a living document first signed on September 20, 2024. The Constitution affirms humanity’s fundamental right to consciousness and calls for the integration of Contactee and Experiencer wisdom into global space policy. It stands as a peaceful alternative to the growing trend of space militarization and resource exploitation.

The Institute’s work spans five core areas:

Public Recognition of Contact Reality – Advocating for government, academic, and scientific acknowledgement of direct human contact with NHIs.

Consciousness-Based Research – Exploring how human consciousness interfaces with non-human intelligence through advanced, multidimensional states.

Policy and Advocacy – Engaging with international space policy to promote peaceful, consciousness-centered exploration and interspecies relations.

Experiencer Empowerment – Providing a supportive community, leadership training, and publishing opportunities for Contactees and Experiencers.

Education and Media – Offering online courses, interviews, publications, and public events that inform and activate the global community.

The Institute for Exoconsciousness is aligned with the post-disclosure movement, seeking to bridge the gap between traditional science and the emerging realities of interstellar contact. Rather than framing space exploration as a competition for dominance, IEXO offers a visionary alternative rooted in mutual respect, ethical responsibility, and the evolution of planetary consciousness.

By recognizing human consciousness as both a mode of perception and a technology, IEXO encourages individuals, institutions, and policymakers to move beyond outdated paradigms of secrecy, control, and fear—and into a future where contact is guided by cooperation, openness, and expanded awareness.

As governments and corporations race toward a militarized and privatized space frontier, the Institute stands as a beacon for those who envision a peaceful, conscious, and inclusive spacefaring civilization.
