The Florida Assisted Living Association (FALA) is the state’s longest established assisted living industry-focused member association. FALA assists its members in providing the highest standard of care to Florida’s seniors through advocacy, regulatory support, education, and innovative programs. FALA empowers its members to elevate quality of life for seniors that need assistance with their activities of daily living.
The association leadership and staff are some of the most knowledgeable professionals in the assisted living industry. FALA promotes best practices in operations, encourages high standards, and lobbies on behalf of its members and the industry. It is the leading provider of quality education and training for assisted living professionals in Florida.
Facility Membership includes more than 400 for-profit and not-for-profit assisted living communities ranging in size from three (3) to three hundred fifty (350) licensed beds providing care for more than 23,000 residents across the state of Florida. FALA also has over 250 Associate Members that provide products, programs and services to empower members as they ensure residents receive the best care and live fulfilling lives.
