FLAIRR Safety, LLC is a New Jersey-based company that designs and distributes high-visibility LED safety products for first responders, roadway crews, tow operators, utility workers, and civilians who need reliable protection in low-light emergency roadside conditions.

The company was founded by Danny Vartan, a 25-year firefighter based in Northeast New Jersey, who spent two decades responding to roadway emergencies and saw firsthand the limitations of traditional pyrotechnic flares — devices that create fire hazards around fuel spills and debris, and that can't be reused once deployed. FLAIRR was founded to solve that problem with rechargeable, reusable LED alternatives designed to hold up in real field conditions.

FLAIRR's product lineup includes:

Guardian™ — A 7-inch tall, IP66-rated, dual-power LED road flare offering full 360-degree tri-color warning coverage. Guardian's dual power design allows it to operate using either the included 26650 rechargeable LiFePO4 battery or four standard AA alkaline batteries, and includes a strong magnetic battery cap, removable rubber base, and built-in flashlight which can operate independently or in unison with the side facing LEDs. An optional FlairrLINK™ upgrade allows multiple Guardians to wirelessly sequence or synchronize into coordinated flash patterns across a full deployment, with a self-healing feature that automatically corrects any unit that falls out of pattern.

Protector™ — A compact, wearable personal safety light delivering a 180-degree tri-color beam in Red, White, and Blue. Designed for zero charging anxiety, Protector runs on widely available AAA batteries with a tool-free thumb screw for fast field battery swaps.

Director™ — A 16-inch LED traffic control baton and signal wand developed in coordination with a police department, built around Solid-On Red (STOP) and Solid-On Green (GO) signaling for instant, unambiguous traffic direction.

FLAIRR products are used by police departments, fire departments, DOT crews, tow operators, utility and construction companies, and roadside assistance fleets, as well as civilian drivers seeking dependable roadside visibility equipment.
