About

The FTPEC is a non-profit, family advocacy group that currently serves Clay, St. Johns and Duval counties in North Florida.  FTPEC's mission is to teach the communication skills needed to solve problems and resolve conflict. FTPEC's clients are families and individuals that are in need of support to positively redirect the lives of young adults in the legal system, education on financial resiliency, and in need of positive role models.
FTPEC programs boast a 90% completion rate, with over 65% of the graduates continuing to improve their lives after completing our program. It has one of the lowest recidivism rates in the nation among programs serving juvenile offenders.  FTPEC has seen a direct correlation between its program success and a lower crime rate in the community.
