How long does it take for you to send money to escrow?

We require a minimum of 48hrs. The longer time you give us the better.

Can I use my own Title Company?

Yes, but we recommend using our Flip Friendly Title Company for all 50 states.


Will you provide me earnest or option money?

No.


Does it have to be a short sale to use your private funds?

No. We fund any real estate double closing.


Will you provide money for longer than 1 day it takes to close?

Not typically unless we know your end buyer (B - C) has funds secured and our private funds aren't at risk.
