Federal Sentencing Alliance

FSA Federal Sentencing Alliance headquartered in Florida, is a national consortium of federal sentencing mitigation specialists, federal sentencing legal writers, and supervisory members, that works directly with individual attorneys and law firms based in the United States for all federal sentencing assignments.

FSA frequently publishes books and articles related to constitutional conflict of law issues deemed to be of great public importance that are of first impression in the United States. FSA frequently makes recommendations to Congress for positive changes, and has had several such recommendations adopted.
