FEMCO was founded in 1964 by the Amundson family in Punxsutawney,  Pennsylvania. Today, FEMCO is a  nationwide company committed to its  customers, employees and the  communities where we are located.

2008
FEMCO expands operations into East Texas through acquisition of Spencer-Harris in Gladewater, TX, increasing facility space by 60,000 square feet.

2012
The company further expands with acquisition of Precision Machine & Welding in Olivehurst, California and a 15,000-square-foot shop.

2013
Opens new facility in Odessa, Texas, with over 10,000 square feet of shop-floor space.

FEMCO specializes in Custom Manufacturing & OEM Parts, Expert On-Site Repair, and Design & Engineering, Reverse Engineering of Obsolete Parts, and Emergency Repair Services.
