Trainer Bio
Steve Hess has over 12 years physical fitness and mixed martial arts training including: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, freestyle striking, crossfit, and strength training. Steve’s training foundation started with strength training and conditioning in 1997.  Mr. Hess began training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2003, currently holds a brown belt and is working to receive his black belt in the summer of 2011. He has been training in freestyle striking since 2005 and is a professional mixed martial arts fighter. He is a certified personal trainer from the world renowned Cooper Clinic in Dallas, Texas. His unique background allows him to incorporate multiple training techniques and routines to develop the most effective personal training programs to meet his clients’ goals.
