Fit4Health coaches work with clients one on one or in groups. They use a combination of coaching, mentoring, and behavior change techniques to help clients with their health and weight loss goals. They use coaching techniques to ask reflective questions that encourages clients to think about “why” and “how” they do certain things to uncover self-limiting beliefs that are holding them back. They use mentoring techniques to share best practices and to teach different weight loss strategies and healthy habits. They use behavior change techniques to not only change behavior, but change any self-limiting beliefs clients.
Fit4Health also offers numerous programs and educational courses that are self-paced for clients who are not ready or too busy to work with a coach.
