About

We are four retired women who have created a Certified Organic Produce business out of the SW Utah desert.  We bought a corner of an abandoned potato farm and in addition to the produce we are custom raising lamb and goat, rabbits and chickens for eggs. We've also begun an aquaponics operation in which we will raise strawberries for the local farmer's markets.

What makes us noteworthy is that two are retired "city girls", and two are retired business owners, none of us really farmers. Since arriving in 2005 we've gained a considerable following at two farmer's markets in Cedar City.

We've recently finished adding two 20 x 52 foot hoop houses, in which we raise the USDA Certified Produce for the Year Round Farmer's Market as well as the Downtown Cedar  City Farmer's Market.

Most recently, we are developing a commercial kitchen, so we can make a Mexican sweet caramel sauce called Cajeta (pronounced ca-hata). We are using several different crowdfunding sources to obtain the capital necessary to build the kitchen.

Our farm is open to the public, offering tours by appointment. We especially love having families visit so we can teach  children about where food is produced.
