About

Fred Layman Ventures, (FLV), was founded in 1999 when Fred Layman purchased his first tennis, and swim club, the Forest Hills Racquet Club. Since then, FLV has owned, operated, and consulted on more than 20 public and private facilities, including country clubs, business clubs, multi-sports clubs, and health clubs.
FLV scale and variety of clubs offer a haven for golfers, a paradise for tennis aficionados, a health and fitness standard and an amazing platform for family entertainment. Fred Layman Ventures is much more than a collection of properties. It’s core principals are built around a community of members supported by a team trained to serve exceptional experiences, that form lasting bonds-among Members and between Members and their clubs. With such an environment, Fred Layman Ventures has offered the perfect venues to foster genuine friendships and camaraderie.
