Founded in 1960 by Paul Frederick. The Company operated as a full-service SEC/FINRA Broker/Dealer for over 40 years. In 2000 the Company decided to focus on developing and placing high-quality private placements. For the past two decades, the Company has successfully completed a multitude of private offerings.
