Omaha, Nebraska, July 19, 2014 – The Health Professionals of Greater Beth-el Temple Ministries (GBT) is hosting a FREE family health fair and Blood Drive that provides basic health information and free screenings to the Omaha community.   We are concerned with the physical, psychological and economic health of our community.
The blood drive and health fair sponsored by GBT Health Professionals is free, open to the public, and will take place at Greater Beth-el Temple located at 1502 North 52nd Street, (enter on 53rd and Seward) in Omaha, Nebraska.   There will be over 20 information booths as well as free screenings, for blood pressure, blood glucose, hearing and vision on Saturday, July 19, 2014 from 9a.m. to 1p.m at the GBT Free Family Health Fair.  The American Red Cross will be conducting a blood drive from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.  Additional organization’s that will be participating are Boys Town National Research Hospital, Sam’s Club, Douglas County Health Department, United Health Care, Creighton Center for Promoting Health and Health Equality and many more. There will be activities also for the children.
