GSS is a small, woman-owned professional services firm that provides IT and information security, privacy, program and business management  services to the federal government.  We specialize in FOIA/PA policy implementation, support and compliance including requests and appeals, exemptions, records management, backlog reduction, online reading room support, and training.  GSS also has expertise in database design and development as well as IT security, including enterprise-wide security design and implementation, FISMA compliance, C&A and ST&E work, risk assessments, and disaster recovery and business continuity planning.  Our work ranges from classified programs helping the DoD manage its FOIA requirements to supporting enterprise-level security and FISMA-compliance at the FDA.  We have highly qualified and motivated staff with the requisite clearances and our services are available to our clients through numerous government contract vehicles.
