About

Kristine Mueller Griffith is a fine artist working in the medium of oil paint on canvas. Originally from Michigan, Kristine now lives in Los Angeles with her husband Kaleo Griffith-an actor and voice over artist, and two cats- Hansel and Gretel. She has studied art across the country, including at the University of Michigan, Ringling School of Art and Design in Florida, Otis College of Art & Design in Los Angeles, and the School of Visual Arts in New York City. She loves the process of creating something tangible from ideas and the communicative potential of art that reaches across race, color, religion, politics, language, and all other social barriers. Her art is inspired by the magnificence of nature due to its enormous capacity to uplift the soul and dazzle the senses. Kristine's work is currently showing in galleries and a museum, has been commissioned by our soldiers in Iraq, and hangs in private collections across the country.

ARTIST STATEMENT- I strive to visually convey the vibrant energy found in nature that uplifts and inspires us to feel renewed,  peaceful, delighted, and amazed. I use bold colors that stimulate our senses and reach beyond the thinking mind to a deeper place of feeling within the human soul.
