Bridges LLC helps businesses and organizations get optimal performance from young, Gen Y employees and helps Gen Yers get challenge, meaning and achievement in their work.  We offer Generational Differences workshops to companies that employ multiple generations in the workplace and Career Experiences for Gen Y ages 14 to 25. Additional workshops and coaching services are available to business owners and managers that anticipate changes for hiring, managing, and developing employees.
