George Mark Children’s House is a nonprofit pediatric palliative care center located in San Leandro, California, serving children and young adults with serious medical conditions and their families.

Established in 2004, George Mark is a pioneer in residential pediatric palliative care in the United States. Its interdisciplinary team provides around-the-clock nursing and compassionate, family-centered support in a welcoming, home-like environment.

Services include respite care, transitional care, end-of-life care, cancer respite care, bereavement support, and therapeutic programs designed to enhance quality of life.

George Mark's approach extends beyond medical care to support parents, siblings, and caregivers, providing families with opportunities for comfort, connection, and meaningful time together.
