GlowSense Holdings Pty Ltd is a Melbourne-based cosmetic biotechnology innovator and GMP-accredited contract manufacturer founded by cosmetic scientist and inventor Satish Kumar Ravipati.
Our core innovation is the One-Pot Process — the OPP Method — the world's first cold-process single-vessel manufacturing platform that operates entirely at ambient room temperature with no external heat at any stage. It is the first commercially viable manufacturing method for co-formulating bio-spicule delivery structures and heat-sensitive cosmetic active ingredients together in a single finished product.
Every bio-spicule skincare product currently on the global market — including K-beauty category leaders — is manufactured using hot-process emulsification at 70°C–90°C. At those temperatures, the most clinically effective actives — Growth Factors (EGF/FGF), Exosomes, and Copper Peptides — are permanently destroyed before the product leaves the factory. The OPP Method solves this structural manufacturing problem for the first time commercially.
GlowSense holds two Australian provisional patent applications — AU 2026901796 and AU 2026904899 — and is currently undertaking independent third-party scientific validation of the OPP Method platform.
Our GMP-accredited facility in Melbourne operates at 40,000 units per week with a minimum order quantity of 500 units per SKU. We are open to contract manufacturing, co-development, technology licensing, and exclusive manufacturing arrangements.
