About

Goldstar Rehabilitation – Pennsylvania’s Trusted Early Intervention Provider Since 2009

Goldstar Rehabilitation is a leading provider of early intervention services for infants and toddlers from birth to age three across Southeastern Pennsylvania. Founded by Yedida Teichman in 2009, Goldstar was created to fill a vital need in the community—providing high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based therapy directly in families' homes and community settings. For more than 15 years, Goldstar has helped thousands of children reach critical developmental milestones while empowering parents and caregivers with the tools they need to support their child’s growth.

Goldstar delivers services through Pennsylvania's Early Intervention program, meaning that all therapy is provided at no cost to families, regardless of income, through state funding or Medical Assistance. Our multidisciplinary team includes licensed professionals who specialize in pediatric development and are deeply committed to family-centered care. These professionals include:

Speech-language pathologists (SLPs)

Occupational therapists (OTs)

Physical therapists (PTs)

Special instructors (SIs)

Social workers

Nutritionists

We serve children with a wide range of developmental needs, including speech delays, motor delays, sensory processing differences, feeding challenges, and social-emotional concerns. Each child receives an individualized service plan tailored to their strengths, challenges, and family routines.

Our therapists work with children where they live and learn—at home, in daycares, and throughout their community—focusing on building practical skills that help families thrive in daily routines. Goldstar’s model emphasizes parent coaching, helping caregivers feel confident and equipped to support their child’s development long after each session ends.

Goldstar is proud to be a trusted provider across Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, and Delaware Counties, including areas such as Bala Cynwyd, Norristown, Elkins Park, Abington, King of Prussia, Upper Darby, and more. Our culturally responsive team includes bilingual therapists and staff who work with families in their preferred language.

What sets Goldstar apart is our unwavering commitment to quality and integrity. We are clinician-led, outcomes-focused, and deeply invested in both our families and our staff. Families often tell us that they don’t just feel supported—they feel seen, heard, and valued.
