Jocelyn Mendez D.D.S., P.A., a smile design studio; is a beautiful, modern, metal-free, state of the art dental office located in the heart of Coconut Grove Florida. Among the different dental services offered are dental implants, Lumineers, one hour Zoom teeth whitening treatments, all porcelain restorations, root canals, emergencies, wisdom teeth extractions, and much more. The office uses only digital X rays which reduce the radiation to the patient by 95% compared to conventional dental X rays and eliminates the use of harsh chemicals to develop X rays which are detrimental to our environment.   The water used in all dental operatories is bio film treated distilled water to ensure you will not have any bacteria from old water lines going into your mouth. An intraoral camera is used to take enlarged pictures of the teeth and to educate patients of their condition. This tool gives patients peace of mind since it actually lets them see what the problem is instead of just hearing it from the dentist. A large flat screen monitor is front of the chair to entertain the patients and to play instructional videos about the suggested treatment, etc. Its a very clean dental office with one on one treatment by Dr. Mendez. You may bring your own DVD and have it played in front of you while you get your dental work done. It is the ultimate dental experience. Most dental insurances are accepted and financing is available. Both adults and children are welcome. The office is handicap accessible as well.
Dr. Jocelyn Mendez is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. She is a Marquette University School of Dentistry graduate.
