INKounter centers mental health, belonging, and positive identity development, providing youth with consistent mentorship and supportive relationships.
???? Tutoring After 6pm (Digital Learning Support)
Grow Your World offers digital tutoring after 6pm for students in grades 3–12, designed for families who need flexible academic support outside traditional hours. We help close the technology gap by providing computers and teaching essential digital literacy skills.
Using a near-peer tutoring model, trained college students tutor youth building trust, motivation, and a sense of belonging that supports academic confidence and emotional well-being. Tutoring covers core subjects, homework support, and study skills, with an emphasis on reducing stress and creating a positive, encouraging learning environment.
???? After School Programs
Our After School Programs offer a supportive space where youth can explore interests, make friends, and build confidence. Each program embeds social-emotional learning, mindfulness practices, and wellness tools that help students manage emotions, reduce anxiety, and strengthen resilience. The environment is intentionally structured to promote connection, safety, and positive identity development.
????️ Youth Workshops
Grow Your World’s hands-on workshops expose youth to real-world skills in digital arts, entrepreneurship, wellness, media, STEM, creativity, and leadership. Workshops include intentional mental health supports, such as reflective activities, confidence-building practices, and opportunities for youth to express themselves in safe, healing-centered spaces.
???? AIR – Artist in Residence Program
The Artist in Residence (AIR) program connects youth with professional artists who guide them through creative projects that build identity and emotional expression. Artistic mentorship supports mental health by providing youth with safe outlets for storytelling, self-reflection, stress reduction, and healing through the arts. Youth receive individualized feedback, encouragement, and creative coping tools.
