Houston Recovery Center (HRC) was launched in 2013 in Houston, Texas, to develop and operate a law-enforcement jail-diversion program. HRC’s Sobering Center receives and monitors intoxicated individuals as they safely sober up, avoiding an arrest or emergency room visit.

In response to the needs of individuals with complex behavioral and social challenges, HRC developed Partners in Recovery, a long-term recovery care management program offering 18 months or more of peer recovery support through a coordinated continuum of care. The goal is to improve access to services, rebuild stability, and support long-term recovery.

We are CARF Accredited and have served over 50,000 individuals.
