After experiencing long-term success in the security product distribution industry in the late 1990’s, our firm’s President, Henry (Steve) Stephen Jones, identified a need for heightened quality and focus to detail pertaining to physical security and technology in modern facility design and engineering.  As a result, Mr. Jones founded H. Stephen Jones and Associates, Inc. (HSJ) in 2000.  Since then, HSJ has grown significantly by implementing solutions as physical security applications and technology systems have continued to become more complex, interdependent, and regulated. Now, HSJ proudly serves clients by providing integrated technology/physical security systems design engineering, program management, and consulting services which result in safe, efficient, and secure environments in the following institutional settings: Critical Infrastructure, Department of Defense, Aviation, Healthcare, Laboratory, Criminal Justice, Corporate Campus, and Education.
