The Post is proud of it's gain in membership over the past 6 years, having grown from the original 26 members to at present 311 members and still growing. We have sent dozens of boys to Buckeye Boys State, even having one recently advance to Boys Nation in Washington, DC. Our Oratorical constestants have progressed to State level several times and the post has an outstanding Honor Guard who participates in nearly 60 events annually. The post has set up a brand new web site, which is only temporary, but please visit it and see all about American Legion Post 797 of Gahanna, Ohio. It is amazing what an organization can do with very little money tooperate and no post building of their own, but Gahanna has done just that.
