The Infuse Compassion Into Companies conference is an annual event dedicated to redefining leadership through compassion, fostering an empathetic workplace culture, and empowering leaders to drive meaningful change. In addition to the virtual conference held in November each year, ICIC was the catalyst for the Infuse Compassion podcast, a weekly podcast promoting greater compassion for businesses, communities, and individuals.
