About

Established in 1977, Atlanta, Georgia-based Inland Seafood was founded on the simple philosophy of supplying our customers with the best quality seafood available with the best service in the industry. Today, we are the largest full-line processor and distributor of more than 1,000 fresh, frozen, smoked and specialty seafood items in the Southeast.

Inland also offers a full-line of non-aquatic gourmet specialty foods including a full line of antibiotic-free, hormone-free meats, game and poultry as well as cheeses, olives, oils and so much more through Inland Specialty Foods.

We supply over 3,500 restaurants and 900 retail outlets. We have a complete processing plant on-site, including butchering, packing, frozen storage, lobster tanks, cooking facilities, test kitchens and more.

*Distribution and Logistics

Four strategically located regional offices owned and operated by Inland Seafood are at the center of distribution to cities throughout the Southeast, the U.S. and the world. Located in Atlanta, GA (Headquarters), Birmingham, AL, New Orleans, LA, and Charlotte, NC, each has its own processing, distribution, logistics and sales operations, and runs 24 hours a day, six days a week. From each regional facility, overnight deliveries by truck are possible throughout the southeast as far north as Roanoke, VA and Charleston, WV and as far south on the east coast of Florida as St. Augustine. Inland’s deliveries also serve the Florida panhandle and extend as far west as Baton Rouge, LA and Memphis, TN. For areas that are beyond the reach of scheduled delivery trucks, the Inland Seafood Airfreight and Ground Freight program, through UPS and Fed Ex, delivers product to virtually every hamlet of the southern states as well as other parts of the country, assuring that customers will get their order no matter where they are located. Live lobster from Inland’s Maine location ships to most major U.S. cities via their airfreight program, as well as globally to the cities of Paris, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Rome, Madrid, Tokyo, and Hong Kong, among others.
