In 1961, a young woman with a passion for fine textiles and an eye for fashion, fled Cuba for Miami. Isa Baez arrived in Miami with a suitcase filled with fabric, traveling and selling door to door. In just three short years, what began as a small opportunity gave way to fulfilling her ultimate dream of opening Isa Couture Fabrics. Today, the family run business has evolved without losing sight of its origins. After 50 years in business, Isa Couture Fabrics has become a Miami landmark for unique, premier fabric.
