“Island Eye” has been created to achieve a focal island portal specialising in the History and Tourism of the Island as well as supporting Island businesses and voluntary sectors. Its immense aim is to raise the profile of the portal to the highest possible rankings within the major search engines of the internet and thereby market all the associated points contained within.  

We are offering an opportunity for all of the Island’s Parish Councils to actively assist is promoting their own historic parish history through the appointment of a parish moderator. They will be able to assist and develop the local area activities and past historic references, thereby adding a really good local feel and look.  The objective is to create a living document that can be added to and developed into a multi media archive for the Island.
