John C. Morley officially launched his National Author Talk & Signing Tour in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, while also publicly introducing JCM Academy, a growing platform focused on leadership, STEM education, keynote speaking, personal growth, podcasting, and transformational learning experiences. The event centered around his newly released book *Drained to Driven* and featured an authentic storytelling experience focused on burnout awareness, emotional resilience, intentional living, and personal transformation. During the evening, John shared how a life changing skiing accident years earlier unexpectedly redirected his path toward becoming an author and public speaker. Guests remained highly engaged throughout the event, which welcomed many community members including Franklin Lakes Mayor Charles Kahwaty.
