Jason’s By The Circle near the Historic Circle and the Plaza of Orange is 155-seat restaurant features global comfort food.The eclectic menu features “New-Cal” cuisine – global offerings with a California base and New York influence.  Feature items include Kalbi Beef Skewers, Coq Au Vin and Caribbean Crepes.

Executive Chef and Owner Jason Kordas began his catering career more than 30 years ago in New York City, producing small dinner and cocktail parties for a variety of clients.  He learned about the food business through the best possible way: experience.  His culinary expertise came from growing up in a Greek, Italian and Corsican-influenced home where his mother cooked every cuisine possible.
