INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
-Develop internal communications and employee engagement strategies and narratives
-Partner with stakeholders to align communications approaches and strategy to the broader company initiatives
-Help ensure that team members are informed, aligned and connected with company mission, vision and values
-Develop creative content (including, but not limited to, newsletter, video, email campaigns, intranet content, presentations) that engages team members
-Identify associate involvement opportunities including design and implementation of recognition programs and associate engagement initiatives
-Partner with HR on initiatives related to attracting and retaining talent as well as messaging for HR-related initiatives

EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
-In alignment with the executive leadership, develop and implement multi-channel PR plans that support brand objectives
-Integrate content strategy into ideas to grow reputation through earned media channels
-Lead/support media outreach efforts, including initiating media contacts, briefings, and interviews; providing talking points and other materials as needed; and responding to media inquiries quickly and effectively
-Craft compelling materials including, but not limited to, pitch leaders, press releases, official statements, opinion pieces, video scripts, blog posts, and customer-facing materials
-Generate and implement media opportunities and strategies to cultivate and enhance meaningful relationships with target audiences
-Create policies and procedures to ensure adherence to social media and media relations protocols
-Identify award opportunities aligned with the organization's media strategy
